Spa Policies

A twenty-four (24) hour notice is required for a cancellation or rescheduling. We regret that full charges will incur for any missed or late appointments. Beaux Visages actively attempts to confirm appointments in advance. A valid credit card or gift certificate number is required to assure reservations. An appointment will be considered canceled/missed if a client is fifteen (15) minutes late.

Beaux Visages is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Purchase/credit card receipts are not accepted as proof of a gift certificate holder. Actual Gift Certificates must be presented upon arrival for credit toward scheduled services. Gift Certificates are non-refundable; however, a Beaux Visages credit will be applied to the equal dollar value of a gift certificate for other services requested at the time of appointment.

Beaux Visages does not offer facilities for children. Children are not allowed in the Spa during normal business hours. Please make other arrangements for your “little ones” while enjoying your services.

Beaux Visages is “Spa Zoned”: Please turn off cell phones. Cell phone use (outgoing or incoming calls) is not permitted in the Spa.
Regulations prohibit the resale of any product or cosmetic that has been purchased and removed from the premises. All products returned within seven (7) days and accompanied by a receipt shall be exchanged for store credit only. There is no refund on any products or cosmetics purchased.

Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

Beaux Visages is happy to accept your personal check, with proof of a valid in-state (Connecticut) license and major credit card. There will be a charge of $25.00 for any and all returned checks, above and beyond incurred bank charges.
